Jo Dodsley
Director
Jo is an experienced property management professional with over a decade of specialised experience in residential block management. Having begun her career in finance before transitioning into property, she has developed an extensive knowledge of block management and a reputation for professional integrity.
Known for her hands-on approach, Jo provides trusted guidance to owners and committees, building transparent and long-standing relationships within the island community. Outside of work, Jo is passionate about the Jersey lifestyle, enjoying walking the island's coastal paths and sea swimming.
Helen Durkin
Property Manager
Helen is an experienced property management professional with over 20 years in customer service management, having been involved in block management since 2022. Known for her friendly, professional and responsive approach, clear communication sits at the heart of how she builds relationships with clients and contractors.
She plays an active role in coordinating property maintenance and day-to-day operations, helping each development run efficiently. Her approachable nature, attention to detail and proactive attitude ensure issues are handled smoothly and clients remain well supported.
Outside of work, Helen enjoys dining out, gardening and long walks with her Norfolk Terrier.
Max Greenwood
Property Manager
Max is an experienced property management professional with over five years working in block management. He has developed a strong understanding of maintaining residential developments, coordinating maintenance works, and ensuring a high standard of service for both clients and residents.
Known for his reliable and practical approach, Max is committed to delivering efficient solutions and building positive relationships with residents and contractors. His experience allows him to confidently manage day-to-day operations while keeping long-term property performance in mind.
Outside of work, Max enjoys football and fishing, valuing the balance they bring alongside his professional life.
